Abstract
This study examines the integration of Management System (MS) ISO 9001:2015, which focuses on Quality Management Systems (QMS), with MS ISO 37001:2016, which addresses Anti-Bribery Management Systems (ABMS), within the institutional framework of higher education institution. Employing doctrinal research, the study involves an in-depth analysis of the texts and requirements of both ISO standards to identify areas of convergence, compatibility, and potential integration. The research systematically reviews and interprets the relevant clauses, principles, and documentation structures to evaluate how the standards can be harmonized to support organizational quality and ethical governance. The findings reveal that despite their different objectives, both standards share several foundational elements such as leadership, risk-based thinking, internal audit, and continual improvement, which enable integration opportunities. This study offers opportunities and strategies for the integration of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 37001:2016 documents, providing strategic guidance for higher learning institution to enhance operational efficiency while promoting a culture of integrity and anti-bribery compliance.
