Abstract

This study aims to identify teacher’s method towards implementing conditioning in kindergarten. A case study method was used to understand and explore this study. The collection of research data is using individual semi- structured interviews and non-participant observation. The findings of the study show three methods used by teachers in the conditioning process, namely physical touch, praising and recording good practices and memorization results. Although obstructed by the sentiments that frighten the teachers, the teachers use other methods that can be accepted by the general public in carrying out the conditioning of children aged four to six years. In conclusion, conditioning methods used by teachers are very important in producing effective learning in the classroom. Because of this, the role of each part is essential in ensuring that the conditioning methods used by teachers in the classroom are based on good rules and are not extreme in educating students, especially children.
